Due to the nature of custom design, our order process is fundamentally different from most products out there. Our goal is to exceed expectations by fulfilling the unique needs of each and every client. Please assist us in providing you with the highest quality products and service by following the steps below.
Step 1: To help us understand your needs, please start by filling out our Custom Case Questionnaire.
Step 2: Once the questionnaire has been submitted, we will provide a rough draft of your project via email.
Step 3: Confirm your design or request revisions.
Step 4: Upon design confirmation, an invoice will be provided and payment can be completed.

Shipping Policy
Products are shipped via FedEx Ground shipping.
Other accommodations can be made upon request.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are typically completed within 1-2 weeks of order placement.
Returns & Exchanges
At Trident Custom Cases, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and in keeping with this philosophy, we are pleased to offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return any product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
